Back to MurudoThese Terms govern your use of Murudo on web and mobile. By using Murudo, you agree to these Terms and the Murudo Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding agreement to use Murudo.
Accounts and Sign-In
You may create an account with email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple where available. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use and Moderation
You agree not to harass, impersonate, exploit, scam, threaten, or post illegal, sexually explicit, or harmful content. Murudo may review content, investigate reports, block abusive accounts, and suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal requirements, fraud, or security risks.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Murudo offers optional premium subscriptions and one-time boost purchases. Prices, plan benefits, and availability may change with notice. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew until canceled through the platform where the purchase was made. Abuse, chargeback fraud, or payment misuse can result in restriction or suspension.
Safety
Murudo provides reporting, blocking, verification, and safety resources, but you remain responsible for your decisions and interactions with other users. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account in the app at any time. When deletion is completed, core account and profile data are removed. Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, or safety investigations.
Limitation of Liability
Murudo is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForetellHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Murudo or interactions with other users.
